They have, however, managed to get back to winning ways, by convincingly beating Furth, and will be eager to build upon its form, as it goes on to face Leverkusen and Salzburg in the upcoming weeks.
Eintracht Frankfurt has won just 1 out of its last 6 Bundesliga outings and goes into this game after registering back-to-back losses against Wolfsburg and Cologne. As a result, they have slipped down quite a bit on the points table and now find themselves in the 10th spot, 6 points behind the top 4.
The middle of the table is very cluttered at the moment, with just 6 points separating 7 teams, and it is hard to predict which team will finally make it into the European competitions.
