BetVictor currently has two welcome offers, one for the sportsbook and one for the casino. The sports welcome offer requires you to bet £/€5 in order to receive £/€30 in free bets.

So, you sign up at BetVictor, make a fresh deposit and then place a bet of €/£ 5 on odds of 2.0 or higher within 7 days of your registration. Once you’ve placed a qualifying bet you will receive the following:

When you click the “Contact Us” link, you’ll see all the options through which you can get help, which is useful. There is a separate link for the live chat as well, which is responsive, and someone will be with you quite quickly.

The customer service team is friendly, professional and helpful. They are not exactly to be found in gambling forums, however, which we consider a bit of a lack of engagement as it is here that many customers tend to complain.

Sometimes you visit a website and it just makes you smile. The layout is sensible and intuitive, the colours are pleasing, navigation is easy, and you can find all the important links at a glance. This is true for BetVictor as well.

It wasn’t always like that, but the page has seen a few upgrades and it’s better than it has ever been. On the left-hand side you will find the menu and all the important links to the various sections of the betting site and casino as well as further links to the help centre and more.

The middle part of the screen is reserved for the sportsbook or the game, depending on where you are. Whilst the betslip and some mini games occupy the right-hand side of the screen.

The layout changes somewhat on the mobile page, where the main menu can be folded away, and you navigate via the top menu or by scrolling. The betslip pops up from the bottom of the screen and can also be minimised.

BetVictor offers dedicated apps for iOS and Android, which you can download directly through their site. They are also easy to use and quite similar to the mobile page. These are all-in-one apps, meaning the entire mobile offering is available through one app instead of separate apps for sportsbook and casino.
