Liverpool is coming into this game in red-hot form after humiliating Manchester United at Old Trafford last week. That was a wonderful performance from a side that is quite simply one of the best in Europe right now. Liverpool is in second place in the EPL 2021-22 standings with six wins out of nine matches and is the only team still unbeaten in the Premier League 2021-22 season.
Brighton started the season with incredible promise but it looks like things are unraveling for them now. Brighton has not won a single match in its previous five across competitions and its grasp on fifth place in the Premier League looks to be tenuous at best. Are you going to bet on Brighton to be the first team to beat Liverpool in the Premier League this season?
The odds are certainly attractive enough!
Match prediction and football betting tips for Liverpool vs Brighton and Hove Albion EPL 2021-22. The match is going to be played at Anfield, Liverpool on the 30th of October 2021.
Liverpool is going to be the clear favorite going into this match and it is not difficult to see why. Mo Salah has been absolutely stunning and now has goals in his previous ten matches for Liverpool. He is not the only threat, though, with Jota and Firmino all contributing regularly with goals of their own. Liverpool's offense is incredible and the fact that it has conceded just six goals so far is sometimes lost because of that. Brighton is in the middle of a poor run and we just don't see it turning things around at Anfield in this match.
Bet on Liverpool to win.
Goalscorer (Anytime)
Diogo Jota @ 2.10
Jota has been overshadowed by Salah this season so far but then who wouldn't be? That means he is available at some very good betting odds to get a goal. Jota is in great form, scored in the previous match, and with an opportunity to double your stake, we think it is worthwhile to bet on him in this match as well.
Liverpool had five goals within sixty minutes against Manchester United and has been scoring goals very early. It races out of the blocks with Salah attacking relentlessly and we think there is a great chance for it to get over 1,5 goals in the first half. The odds on this bet are quite attractive considering the recent form of both teams.
