There are certain matches that just seem complete mismatches as teams with massively different budgets and resources take on each other. This next one between Manchester City and Burnley is certainly one of those. As a bettor, you have to work really hard to be able to find some decent odds for a contest like this because the result is not really in much doubt. Also, be careful of not committing too much money to shorter odds as that leaves you massively overexposed to an upset. The amount that you are willing to lose should be the same irrespective of the odds that you are getting.

Match prediction and football betting tips for Manchester City vs Burnley English Premier League 2021-22. The match is going to be played at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester on the 16th of October 2021.
Manchester City will go into this match with nothing but three points on its mind. Pep Guardiola and his men are challenging for a title and it looks like they are about to receive a tough challenge from Chelse this season so they are not going to want to drop any points in matches like these. Burnley managed to win its first match of the EPL 2020-21 season its eighth match. We don't think that is likely to happen this time, though. Burnely has scored just five goals so far and is up against a team that has conceded the least number of goals in the EPL 2021-22 season so far.
Bet on Manchester City to win.
Both Teams to Score

We just don't think Burnley has the attack to be able to get a goal past the best defense in the English Premier League right now (alongside Chelsea's defense of course). Burnely has scored just five goals in seven matches and has looked quite uninspired in front of goal. Also, Manchester City has conceded just three goals in the entire season so far. It is also playing at home where Burnley is going to be more defensive and just looking to get away with a draw.
