Manchester City may be a bit tired going into this match against SOuthampton, as alluded by Pep Guardiola, but we do not think there is going to be any respite for Southampton. We expect some rotation in the players as Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus may get a bigger role upfront. We also saw Kevin de Bryne and Phil Fiden sharing duties in the previous match as they return to full fitness. That is something that could continue as well.
There is no aspect of the squad in which SOuthampton comes close to Manchester City and while anything can happen in football, we are certainly not going to be betting on the upset here. Manchester City should be able to romp to victory at home in none out of ten matches against Southampton.

We think the run of goal-scoring form that City has been in recently makes this a great bet to consider. It has scored 17 goals in its previous four matches including five or more goals in three out of its previous four matches. Southampton does not have the best defense and it could be ripped open by the Manchester City attack.
