Arsenal showed a tremendous amount of resilience in its previous match against Liverpool. Reduced to ten men after just ten minutes, Arsenal managed to keep Liverpool scoreless and could have actually won the game had Bukayo Saka converted a brilliant opportunity. Now, Arsenal is expected to be without Martin Odegaard, Emile Smith-Rowe, and even Bukayo Saka is doubtful for this match. Add to this the number of players missing because of AFCON commitments and you have an underpowered Arsenal taking on Tottenham at home.
Cristian Romero and Son Heung-Min are not going to be available for this match but Harry Kane should be a massive threat on his own. It could be a low-scoring contest but we think Conte will be able to continue his unbeaten streak since taking over and may add a win against Arsenal to his record as well.

Tottenham failed to score in its two matches against Chelsea in the Carabao Cup and also scored just one goal while playing against Southampton and Watford. It just has not been fluent enough this season to score goals consistently and we don't think that is going to change against Arsenal either. As far as Arsenal goes, it is going to be without so many of its first-choice players that it may revert to being ultra defensive like we saw against Liverpool.
Betting under 2.5 goals for the match is the smart option.
